Full time Company Secretary One Post Rs. 14300-400-18300 (Total emoluments Rs. 34191/-)+ Perks and other facilities as per rules of the Corporation.

Qualification:

The Candidate should be a qualified Company Secretary with minimum 5 Years post qualification experience as Company Secretary in Public/Private Undertaking or Reputed Companies. Preference will be given to those who have additional qualification of CA/CWA/MBA(F)/CFA etc.

Age:-

Not More than 35 Years as on 01.01.2010.
