In recognition of the India based SME's intent to establish
business presence in the United States, and in order to
solicitate that effort with Windsor International Ltd., ST.
Louis MO and Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development
Corporation and Ministry of Commerce and Industry (DIPP)
Government of India. Windsor International Ltd. Will commit up
to 1 million US Dollars to provide infrastructure supports to
companies based in India and Strategic Partner State of Madhya
Pradesh, India.
In recognition of this Memorandum of
Understanding Windsor International
will create:
a. India Business
Center.
b. India -US Business
Incubator.
c. Provide logistics
support to the companies from India on mutually agreed
terms.
Consulate General of India, Chicago will
coordinate the selections of companies from India in
coordination with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry,
Government of India and strategic partner state of
Madhya Pradesh.
a. India Business Center
will create a front office for visiting India executives and
Staff with world class infrastructure.
b. India -US business
Incubator will be first of its kind to provide business
incubation for emerging companies seeing access to US
markets.
c. Logistics support: We
will provide world class logistics support to the companies
from the respective state which will include:
(i)
Office space
(ii)
VOIP - Phones
(iii) Technology
(iv)
Marketing/Sales
support
d. Collectively India
Business Center will create opportunity to companies
form India with full access to financial institution and
venture funding.
This
Memorandum of Understanding is a preliminary agreement to
create India Business center in St. Louis Missouri with
investment commitment with up to 1 Million US dollars by
Windsor International Ltd. Infrastructure support for
companies form India and strategic partner state of Madhya
Pradesh under mutual understanding of this
agreement and will move forward with immediate
effect.
This MOU signed in Chicago on September
